Per Östman, 640622-1074, has during the period of February 20, 1989 to September 11, 1992 been employed by Noventus Systems. During the three-and-a-half years Per has been with us, he has been working as a programmer and systems designer on various projects, at the same time being responsible for our base concept on OS/2 called Reco, with which the application programmers more easily and portable can create custom-made systems. Because of this, Per has gained a thorough knowledge of OS/2, both on a high and low level, and he has been one of our best employees regarding communications, especially serial communications via IBM's RIC Adapter. His work has been characterized by high quality and well tested systems.

The last year Per was also solely responsible for a smaller project. This meant that planning, leadership, negotiations and close client contacts became part of his work.

Per shows high ambition and a great working capacity. He takes initiatives, collaborates well and can quickly and easily analyze and solve new tasks and problems. He completes his work with great responsibility and loyalty and is highly appreciated among employees and clients.

Since Per now has chosen to continue his career outside the firm, we wish him all the best. He has been a great asset to Noventus Systems.
