Per is now open for positions and opportunities in leading technical roles on senior levels, such as Technical Director, CTO, Chief Architect, Principal Architect.

Most recently, Per worked as Program Architect and Principal Cloud Solutions Architect in Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery, where he was leading and governing the sales and delivery of the largest, most strategic and most complex customer cloud programs across the Asia region. This includes owning the vision, design and realisation of the overall solutions, being accountable to the executive level, and leading all other architects and technical resources on the programs.

Per's main focus is on Azure Cloud Solutions, Enterprise Architecture and DevOps, and his primary industry is Financial Services, including three of the four big banks in Australia, as well as public services, including some of the largest government agencies in Australia. He holds the highest IASA architect certification CITA-D (Certified IT Architect – Distinguished) and has co-developed the Program Architect capability in Microsoft world-wide.

Before joining Microsoft, Per worked as Chief Solutions Architect, Chief Technology Officer and Technical People Manager for a Swedish Internet consulting firm, and was one of the driving technical forces when it grew from 8 to 70 employees. He holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Physics and Applied Mathematics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, complemented with Business Administration and Law.

Per has a broad experience with a wide variety of platforms, ranging from .NET on Microsoft platforms, to Java on Unix, JavaScript on Netscape, COBOL on IBM Mainframe, and C-based real-time systems for automatic material handling.

Per is born in Sweden and is currently based in Sydney, Australia, with his wife and five children. He has a keen interest in chess, and has published a book on move selection in chess as well as released a computer chess engine, and his interests also cover Theoretical Physics, Cosmology, Evolutionary Biology and Neuroscience.
